Part of the same inspiration of the series of collages that the artist entitled “19 Luas”, but wich didn't make it into the book because it was in the horizontal format. It is a “visual poem for the moon”, according with the artist himself.

One of the most acknowledged picturebook author and researcher, Odilon Moraes has a degree in architecture and urban planning from USP and a master's degree in visual arts from Unicamp. He published more than a hundred picturebooks. He has already received 5 Jabuti Awards and his works, such as "A princessinha medrosa", "Pedro e Lua" and "Rosa", were chosen as "best book of the year for children" by the National Book Foundation for Children and Youth (FNLIJ ).
He is one of the authors of the book "Traço e Prosa" and was part of the group of creators and curators of the exhibitions "Linhas de Histórias" 1 and 2.
Odilon taught at the Lasar Segall Foundation, at the Tomie Ohtake Institute and was a guest professor at the Institute of Language Studies, at UNICAMP (IEL). He currently teaches at Instituto Vera Cruz and Casa Tombada.
